Yes. I am a Registered Nurse with 12 years of clinical experience and advanced training through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. I hold certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Advanced Post-Surgical MLD, totaling 68 contact hours of specialized lymphatic training, in addition to my nursing background.
I have also completed continuing education (CE) and certification courses in Red Light Therapy and Injection Therapy, and have received training in functional and integrative health approaches, which supports my work in Women’s Wellness Services. My practice is grounded in evidence-informed care, ongoing education, and a commitment to safe, ethical, and compassionate wellness support.

Yes. A pre-operative consultation allows me to review your medical history, discuss your upcoming surgery, and create a personalized recovery plan so your first session can focus fully on treatment.

A medical clearance form signed by your physician is required before beginning post-operative MLD. I provide this form, and it can be uploaded to your patient portal or medical record. I can also reach out to your surgeon for medical clearance if needed.

Most surgeons recommend starting within the first week after surgery, once you have been cleared by your physician. Early sessions may help support comfort and recovery.

No. MLD is designed to be gentle, calming, and non-painful.

Each recovery and wellness plan is unique. Session recommendations are based on your procedure, goals, and response to treatment, and will be discussed during your visit.

Yes. Post-breast surgery lymphatic drainage is offered with added sensitivity to support swelling reduction, comfort, and healthy lymphatic flow during recovery.

No. Draining seromas is a medical procedure that should be performed by your surgeon or physician using sterile technique for safety.

Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses targeted light wavelengths to support cellular repair, reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and promote skin and tissue health. We use clinical and professional-grade, FDA-cleared Celluma ELITE and Celluma Nova devices. These devices may support skin rejuvenation, acne and wrinkle reduction, hair growth, body contouring, and overall wellness. Sessions are gentle, relaxing, and suitable for women and men.

Injection Therapy includes elective vitamin, nutrient, and wellness injections designed to support energy levels, immune health, metabolism, cellular function, and overall wellness. These injections may be beneficial for individuals experiencing low energy, stress, nutrient deficiencies, immune challenges, or those seeking general wellness support.
Available options will include Vitamin B12, B Complex, Biotin, Glutathione, NAD+, Amino Blend, MICC/Lipo MIC, and Tri-Immune Boost injections. All injections are administered by a registered nurse using evidence-informed protocols and are available for women and men.

Women’s Wellness visits are educational sessions designed to support women through hormonal transitions, gut health concerns, and overall wellness across all life stages. These visits focus on education, self-care strategies, lifestyle guidance, and supportive coaching to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported.

When appropriate, services such as Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Including Facial and Post-Op), Red Light Therapy, and Injection Therapy may be combined or bundled to support recovery, inflammation reduction, and overall wellness. These services may also be recommended as supportive care during Women’s Wellness visits, based on your individual goals and needs.

That’s okay! Concierge services are available, and I can come to your home or recovery space so you can receive the same safe, effective care in the comfort of your environment. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and location.

At this time, services are self-pay only, and insurance reimbursement is not currently available. However, HSA/FSA funds may be accepted if the service is approved by your HSA/FSA provider.
