Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, light-touch therapy designed to support lymphatic flow, reduce swelling, promote relaxation, and support recovery. Sessions may be appropriate for general wellness, facial lymphatic drainage, and pregnancy (second trimester and beyond) or postpartum, with provider clearance. All sessions are tailored for comfort and safety.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

  • This 1-hour full-body session gently boosts lymph flow to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and aid detox. Great for overall wellness, chronic inflammation, promoting relaxation, healing, and better quality of life.

Suitable during pregnancy (2nd trimester+) or postpartum recovery.

  • A 30-minute focused session for one area—like localized swelling or stubborn fluid retention. Ideal for quick relief or to complement other treatments, giving noticeable results in less time.

  • A gentle, non-invasive facial that boosts lymph flow in the face and neck and promotes deep relaxation. Slow, rhythmic lymphatic techniques reduce puffiness, congestion, and tension. May include light facial cupping and cooling stainless-steel globes to aid drainage and soothe skin.

  • A 60-minute session combining red light therapy and a gentle lymphatic facial. First, 30 minutes of red light on a clean, product-free face to help with wrinkles, acne, inflammation, and overall skin health. Then, 30 minutes of calming manual lymphatic drainage—may include facial cupping and cooling ice globes—to boost lymph flow and reduce puffiness.

Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage

Post-operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, specialized therapy designed to support healing after surgery. Sessions may help reduce swelling, bruising, and tightness while supporting comfort, circulation, and recovery. All visits are tailored to your procedure and stage of healing.

  • Free 30-minute pre-op consultation: we'll review your surgery and your recovery goals.

  • A 90-minute session designed for surgical recovery to reduce swelling and fluid buildup, ease inflammation, help healing, and relieve discomfort.

  • 60-minute session to reduce swelling, limit fluid buildup, ease inflammation, and relieve discomfort.

  • 45-minute follow-up session for maintenance (6–8 weeks later)

  • A 45 minute session tailored to your surgical recovery to support recovery by reducing swelling, bruising, and tightness, while enhancing contour and healing safely after facial procedures. (For facial procedures only). Includes post-op assessment, initial MLD session, education on home care and recovery.

  • For subsequent visits during the post-operative phase (up to 8–12 weeks)

A 30-minute facial lymphatic drainage session for ongoing post-operative care, designed to continue reducing swelling, supporting lymphatic flow, improving comfort, and promoting healing throughout the recovery period. These follow-up sessions help maintain progress and support optimal recovery after facial procedures.

  • Gentle lymphatic drainage for clients cleared by their doctor after mastectomy, lumpectomy, or breast reconstruction. Light, precise techniques move lymph, reduce swelling, soften tissue, and improve comfort and mobility. Care is tailored to surgery, healing stage, treatments, and tolerance, with focus on comfort and nervous-system regulation.

Begin once medically cleared and in early recovery (typically 6–8 weeks after clearance).

Recommended: weekly or every 7–10 days during initial recovery.

  • (30–45 min) Ongoing maintenance lymphatic drainage sustains long-term lymph flow and tissue health after initial recovery (typically 8–12 weeks post-clearance).

It eases congestion, heaviness, tightness, and swelling—especially after node removal or radiation. Sessions are tailored to lifestyle, stress, travel, illness, or changing symptoms.

Recommended every 2–4 weeks or monthly as needed.
