Light, precise techniques move lymph, reduce swelling, soften tissue, and improve comfort and mobility. Care is tailored to surgery, healing stage, treatments, and tolerance, with focus on comfort and nervous-system regulation.
Begin once medically cleared and in early recovery (typically 6–8 weeks after clearance).
Recommended: weekly or every 7–10 days during initial recovery.
